Our expertise in this area covers all manner of disputes and we have particular expertise in relation to shareholder securities group actions under s90 and s90A FSMA (eg for misstatements in companies’ public documents and fraudulent accounting), fraud and mis-selling claims, tax investment claims and the manipulation of foreign exchange rate disputes.
