We advise and act in relation to all aspects of product liability, including legal and contractual liability, reputational risk, product recalls and insurance coverage.   Our experience in other areas such as Property Damage, Construction and Insurance make us ideally suited to a wide variety of product liability claims.

A substantial proportion of our cases involve our expertise in Group Litigation, either by way of formal Group Litigation Order or informal groups of claims being case managed together. We have specific expertise in relation to costs and Group Litigation.

Whilst many of our instructions relate to domestic disputes, our international profile makes us ideal for also handling cross-border, international cases giving rise to jurisdictional and applicable law issues, and ESG matters relating to products. We are commonly instructed in international sale of goods cases resolved by arbitration.
