Charlotte Baker (Probationary Tenant)

Charlotte is developing a broad commercial practice. She completed pupillage at a leading London chambers during which she assisted on a range of high-profile commercial and public law cases.

Before pupillage, Charlotte acted as a High Court judicial assistant for Mrs Justice Bacon, Mrs Justice Smith and Mrs Justice O’Farrell across the Chancery Division and Technology and Construction Court (TCC). As a paralegal, Charlotte worked on a range of commercial disputes at the litigation firm CANDEY.

Charlotte holds a First-Class degree in History from Jesus College, Oxford, and achieved a Distinction in her Master’s in Modern European History at Worcester College, Oxford. Charlotte went on to graduate from the GDL at City University London with Distinction. Charlotte was awarded a Lord Denning scholarship by Lincoln’s Inn and was called to the bar upon her successful completion of the BVS in 2021.
