The European Court of Human Rights gives priority status to the Wikipedia Case

The challenge brought to the wholesale access ban in place on Wikipedia since 2017 in Turkey has been fast tracked, pursuant to the ECtHR’s Priority Policy. Can Yeginsu is leading Anthony Jones and Hannah Daly in the case for the Wikimedia Foundation. The Foundation has issued a press release in respect of the priority status decision here.
