In this podcast, Benjamin Fowler looks at the progress of the Disclosure Pilot Scheme, now just past its half-way point.  He seeks to identify some solutions to the thornier issues which practitioners are encountering (such as identifying issues for disclosure, selecting appropriate models and making or defending applications for additional disclosure) by reference to the key High Court authorities which address them.
