Roger Stewart KC and Shail Patel, instructed by King & Spalding, acted for the successful claimant in obtaining an injunction preventing a firm of experts acting for an opposing party in a connected arbitration. The Court concluded that fiduciary duties were owed by the experts, and that the firm had breached the rule against double employment.
