We are delighted to announce that Paul Mitchell KC has been appointed by the Lady Chief Justice to be a Deputy High Court Judge in the Kings Bench Division.
Paul was appointed QC in 2016 and practises in the fields of professional negligence, commercial law, and malicious prosecution/ abuse of process cases. Paul will continue to practice as a barrister and we wish him every success in his new role.
