Chambers are pleased to announce that, following the latest competition, Paul Fisher has been appointed to the Attorney General’s Panel of Counsel (C Panel) for a five year term commencing on 1 March 2019. The Panel consists of junior counsel who can be called upon by the Government Legal Department to provide advice and representation in disputes ranging from commercial to human rights and immigration law.
Alongside his international commercial/construction practice, Paul has extensive public law experience, including acting for the Secretary of State in unlawful detention and interim relief hearings in the Upper Tribunal and Administrative Court. This latest appointment strengthens Chambers’ increasingly high profile in public and administrative law.
