Judgment was handed down on Monday for damages in excess of US$850 million in this matter following a 20-week Commercial Court trial before Mr Justice Calver.

In a 419-page judgment, the Judge found for the second to fourth claimants on their asset-stripping claims against a number of the defendants, specifically that those defendants acted dishonestly and in concert to move the shares in Wind Energy Holding out of the reach of the claimant companies.
