Jonathan Worboys is part of the Public International Law & Policy Group legal team that has been invited to submit amicus observations on the meaning of “attacks” in Article 8(2)(e)(iv) of the Rome Statute to the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Court in the case of the Prosecutor v.
