4 New Square and Southampton University Law School invite you to attend a seminar – Is honesty the best policy? Insurance fraud in the 21st century – on Tuesday 1st October at 4 New Square Chambers, Lincoln’s Inn, London WC2A 3RJ.
The seminar will look at the techniques adopted by the Insurance Fraud Bureau and Association of British Insurers to combat insurance fraud, including recent behavioural science research commissioned from Decision Technology, and legal and regulatory aspects of challenges to suspected insurance fraud after Versloot Dredging.
