Dame Sue Carr appointed as Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales

We are delighted to hear that Dame Sue Carr has been appointed as the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales from 1 October 2023. This is obviously a tremendous achievement. We wish her every success in what is a richly deserved and historic appointment.
