Nicholas Bacon QC and Roger Mallalieu are speaking at this year’s Costs Law Reports Conference 2019 on Wednesday 25th September, hosted by Eversheds Sutherland.

Nicholas will be speaking on ‘QOCS, Alternative Business Structures, ATE premiums’ from 12.15 pm. Roger will be speaking on ‘Cost Budgeting; hourly rates, hours spent, “substantial developments” and “good reason” for departing from the budget’ from 2.15 pm.
