15 January 2024

Clare Dixon KC and William Harman acted for Tiffin Green Limited in their successful defence of a £6m claim following a trial before Simon Tinkler (sitting as a Deputy High Court Judge). The claim was brought by Ickenham Travel Group Limited following the discovery of a £4.5million understatement in its accounts.
