Tom Ogden acted for Charles Russell Speechlys LLP in a successful strike out application in respect of a £6m claim brought by Mr Steven Finnan (the former Liverpool F.C. and Republic of Ireland footballer). Mr Finnan alleged that the firm had acted negligently in relation to High Court proceedings between Mr Finnan and his brother concerning a property development business.
