4 New Square Chambers’ Associate Jeffrey Benz will join the panel at the JAMS 2022 Annual Summit on Commercial Dispute Resolution in China. This event will be held virtually on November 30, 2022 at 3:00PM Beijing Time.
Prestigious speakers from different jurisdictions will share their insights on trends and challenges in a wide range of fields of commercial dispute resolution in China, including commercial arbitration, commercial mediation, construction, energy, investment, finance, international trade, and intellectual property.
Jeffrey will be a commentator for Session Four titled “Annual Review on International Trade and IP Dispute Resolution in China.”
Jeffrey joined chambers as an Associate in 2013 and is a dual-qualified barrister, attorney and ADR practitioner based in London and Los Angeles with a strong background in entertainment, sports, technology, and insurance.
