Damages Based Agreements – a fresh start

The Court of Appeal handed down its judgment in Zuberi v. Lexlaw on Friday 15th January 2021. It provides much needed and long-awaited clarification on the operation of DBAs, taking a much more flexible and commercial approach than many expected.
The Costs Team at 4 New Square will be presenting an on-line seminar discussing the huge ramifications of the case at 5.30 pm on 28 January 2021. We will be considering the legal and practical consequences of the judgment for solicitors, barristers and clients. Places are limited to 1000 attendees on a first come first served basis.
