What the coronavirus means for arbitration and mediation

Jeff Benz‘ article on the likely effect of the COVID-19 virus on arbitrating and mediating commercial claims was published in the leading US legal publication online on Law360.com.  Jeff is a leading sports, entertainment, and commercial arbitrator and mediator splitting time between London and the US.  His article was published at the start of the pandemic and has proved prescient, but it also advocates for the arbitration and mediation community to take learnings from this time into the future to ensure more efficient, and cost-effective, hearings and mediation sessions.
