We are delighted to announce that 4 New Square’s work on two of the most significant intellectual property cases of 2025 has been recognised at the Managing IP EMEA Awards 2026.
Both Dryrobe v Caesar Group (High Court, on generic trade marks) and Iconix v Dream Pairs (Supreme Court, on the confusion test in trade mark law) were awarded Impact Case of the Year awards.
