Tom Ogden called to the Bar of Gibraltar

Tom Ogden was called to the Bar of Gibraltar on 4 September 2025 for the purpose of appearing at five day hearing before the Supreme Court of Gibraltar before the Hon. Mr. Justice Happold.

The hearing concerned an application to bring a derivative action on behalf of a social gaming company under the Gibraltar Companies Act 2014. It is the first such action to be brought in Gibraltar. Tom is instructed with Blair Leahy KC (20 Essex Street) and Keith Azopardi KC (TSN Law).
