4 New Square Chambers’ Overseas Associate Arvind Nayar will be speaking on day one of this year’s India Dispute Resolution Forum hosted by ThoughtLeaders4Disputes. This forum will take place between the 6th & 7th June and will cover complex, multi-jurisdictional arbitration and court cases involving Indian parties.

Arvind is predominantly a commercial litigator from India, practicing in the Supreme Court as well as State High Courts and Tribunals across the country. He comes with extensive experience in representing parties in dispute resolution matters in a cross section of courts as well as before arbitral tribunals. He is frequently appointed as an arbitrator and mediator in ad-hoc and institutional arbitral tribunals constituted as per the LCIA, ICC and DIAC rules and is a known name in the international arbitration circuits across India, Singapore, Dubai and the United Kingdom.
