Tescher v DAML & AXA v Spectra: Court of Appeal decision on non-party costs orders

The Court of Appeal this morning handed down judgment in the appeals concerning the circumstances in which credit hire companies should be liable for non-party costs orders.

Roger Mallalieu KC acted for the successful appellants. Ben Williams KC acted for the Respondents, with Matthew Waszak for the Second Respondent and Andrew Hogan (of Kings Chambers) for the First Respondent.
