4 New Square Chambers’ Sian Mirchandani KC will join the panel at the Professional Indemnity Insurance Conference “What’s Past is Prologue….” taking place on 4-6 July at Robinson College, Cambridge. This two-day conference will take place in person and will cover a range of topics including emerging issues facing the market, Grenfell litigation and significant legal decisions that are impacting the profession. Sian will be speaking on issues arising from the discovery of the combustibility of ACM cladding and the claims about to hit the technology & constructions court following the Grenfell Tower incident.
