Seohyung Kim to speak at LCIA Event During Korea Arbitration Week 2024

We are delighted to announce that Seohyung Kim will be speaking at the upcoming LCIA event, “Insights from the Institution: A Conversation with the LCIA,” as part of Korea Arbitration Week 2024.

Seohyung will speak on the effect of Russian sanctions on international arbitration, the Supreme Court’s recent RCA v UniCredit decision and the proposed changes to the Arbitration Act, as part of an expert panel of Korean arbitration lawyers.
