Samuel Cuthbert will join a panel of experts at the British Association for Sport and Law (BASL) Debate 2024, taking place on 6th November 2024.
The annual BASL debate provides a unique opportunity to hear from leading figures in sports law on important legal topics. This year’s proposition is “Absolutely Insane or Absolutely Invaluable: Do the benefits of AI in sport outweigh the disadvantages?“
Samuel will join a panel of experts including Jake Marsh of Signify, Damian Smith of Podium Analytics and Janine Regan of Charles Russell Speechlys.
Samuel is recognised in particular for his expertise in Sports law. He regularly represents top athletes, clubs and governing bodies in disciplinary matters, anti-doping proceedings, contractual disputes and governance issues. Read more about Samuel’s work in this area here.
