Roger Mallalieu KC to speak at ThoughtLeaders4FIRE webinar: “Litigation Funding Pst PACCAR”

Roger Mallalieu KC will join the panel of experts at the upcoming ThoughtLeaders4FIRE webinar taking place on 25th March titled “Litigation Funding Post PACCAR – what has happened since the decision and what happens next?”.

This webinar looks at the post-PACCAR world, examining developments in case law since the decision and offering insights into what lies ahead for funders and disputes practitioners.

Roger will be joined by Shimon Goldwater of Asserson and Jeremy Humm of Balance Legal Capital.

Recognised by the directories as a “guru on costs” with a “formidable reputation”, Roger has been described “simply the best when it comes to costs law”. He regularly appears in the Court of Appeal on important costs cases and has been instructed in some of the few costs cases to have been heard in the Supreme Court, including successfully representing the Appellant in the Supreme Court case in Ho v Adelekun.
