4 New Square Chambers’ Roger Mallalieu KC and George McDonald will join a panel of experts at White Paper Conference’s Costs Law & Practice Conference taking place on 13th March 2024 at The Caledonian Club London.
Roger will tackle Part 36 Offers and will consider how far you can push the Court over Part 36 offers and the associated consequences for costs, such as 90/10 offers, adequate reasons, suspension of interest, out of time offers.
George will look at just for show mediation and will consider how you control – and overcome – the difficulties of ‘just for show’ participants in mediation and those who aim to avoid costs consequences but will not compromise or settle.
