Tom has acted in a wide variety of financial claims including those involving loans, guarantees, mortgages and pensions. He has particular expertise in cases which raise professional negligence issues, such as investment, pension and tax advice.

Tom has extensive experience of construction disputes, in adjudication, arbitration and litigation. He has acted in employer-contractor disputes and in cases involving a variety of construction professionals, including approved inspectors, architects, engineers of various types, monitoring surveyors and warranty surveyors. He has significant experience of TCC advocacy, including undertaking a four week trial as sole counsel.
