Teen Jui Chow

Teen Jui is developing a broad practice in line with chambers’ profile. His interests span both private and public law.

Teen Jui accepts instructions both as sole counsel or as junior counsel. He has acted alone in the County Court and in the High Court. Currently, he is assisting a senior member of chambers on a million-pound cross-border sale of goods dispute.

Before coming to the Bar, Teen Jui read Law as an undergraduate at Trinity College, University of Cambridge and graduated with Double First Class Honours, winning several College prizes. He was then awarded a Princess Royal Scholarship from the Inner Temple to study for the bar course at City, University of London, where he graduated with a Distinction. Before commencing pupillage, Teen Jui studied for the Bachelor of Civil Law at St Cross College, University of Oxford, graduating with a Distinction.

Teen Jui maintains a keen academic interest in the law. His work has been featured in leading legal journals such as the Cambridge Law Journal and Lloyds Maritime and Commercial Law Quarterly.

Teen Jui is proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
