Nicholas is a commercial junior with experience across a broad range of practice areas. He has a particular interest in commercial litigation, insurance, sports, arbitration, civil fraud and professional liability.
Nicholas has assisted with cases in the Supreme Court and High Court and has appeared led in the High Court. He also regularly acts as sole counsel in the County Court.
Before joining Chambers, Nicholas studied Modern Languages at Keble College, University of Oxford, graduating with Congratulatory First Class Honours (5th in Year) and winning multiple College awards. He went on to achieve Distinctions in both the Graduate Diploma in Law and Bar Vocational Studies courses and receive the Lord Brougham, Sir Thomas More and Academic Excellence Scholarships while at City, University of London. Nicholas is proficient in English, French and Spanish and speaks some Portuguese and German.
