Faye is a commercial junior with experience across Chambers’ areas of expertise. She has a particular interest in commercial/chancery litigation including civil fraud, insurance, professional liability, insolvency and company law.
Faye accepts instructions in all of Chambers’ areas of work as sole counsel or as part of a team. Faye has assisted with cases in the High Court and has appeared unled in the High Court and County Court.
Prior to commencing pupillage, Faye read Modern and Medieval Languages at Christ’s College, University of Cambridge, graduating with First Class Honours, winning college prizes and publishing her written work. Faye went onto graduate from the GDL at City University London with Distinction. Faye was awarded a Lord Denning Scholarship from Lincoln’s Inn for the bar course which she completed at the Inns of Court College of Advocacy.
Faye is proficient in English and French and speaks conversational Italian and German.

Faye has experience of disputes involving allegations of civil fraud. During pupillage, Faye assisted in drafting a defence to a claim involving allegations of breach of directors’ and fiduciary duties, unlawful means conspiracy, and dishonest assistance.
During pupillage, Faye assisted with a range of insurance matters including:
Faye’s experience of professional liability matters includes drafting a defence for a property managing agent facing allegations of professional negligence.
During pupillage, Faye also assisted with a range of professional negligence matters involving auditors, valuers, surveyors, insurance brokers, solicitors, and architects.
