The PNBA Professional Liability Day returns this year on Saturday, 25th February 2023.
The conference will be chaired by Lady Justice Carr, with 4 New Square Chambers’ Clare Dixon KC joining a panel of expert speakers including Mark Simpson KC, Dr. Colm McGrath of Kings College London and David Thomas.
The day will cover recent professional negligence and liability cases and key legal developments. Topics will include how to win professional negligence cases, limitation and analysis of MBS and Khan.
This in-person PNBA event will be held at Gray’s Inn, London and is an opportunity for PNBA members to meet like-minded colleagues from across the Bar.
