Paul Fisher to Deliver Lecture on Brexit in Moscow

News & Judgments
31 October 2017

Brexit has become the political issue of the hour in the UK, for good reason. Extricating a country from a union of over 40 years was never going to be easy. Negotiations continue with Brussels to secure an exit from the EU that is as smooth as possible, but the legal consequences of the UK’s decision to leave are becoming ever more complicated.

In a Guest Lecture to the Pericles Centre for International Legal Education entitled ‘It’s a Legal Matter: A Difficult Divorce’, Paul Fisher will be discussing some of the commercial and constitutional challenges arising from the referendum result on 23 June 2016.
