Brexit has become the political issue of the hour in the UK, for good reason. Extricating a country from a union of over 40 years was never going to be easy. Negotiations continue with Brussels to secure an exit from the EU that is as smooth as possible, but the legal consequences of the UK’s decision to leave are becoming ever more complicated.
