We are delighted to announce that Nicholas West has accepted a Pegasus Trust Scholarship Award from Inner Temple to undertake the Paris Bar Exchange this September.
This scholarship programme, run by Inner Temple, promotes international legal cooperation by funding scholarships for talented young lawyers. Through the Pegasus Scholarship scheme, early-career lawyers are given the opportunity to gain practical experience in other countries, helping to build lasting professional relationships and strengthen global links within the legal profession.
Nicholas will be working in a French law firm and advocating in French before the French court, gaining practical experience of the French legal system, including placements with Avocats and court observations. The reciprocal programme also welcomes Paris Bar members to London, strengthening professional links between the two Bars.
