A second 4 New Square Chambers team has been granted permission to intervene to support the appeal in Julia Mazur & Ors v Charles Russell Speechlys LLP, one of the most high profile and significant appeals of 2026 (recently recognised in The Lawyer’s Top 10 Appeals 2026).
