Nick Bacon KC and Robert Marven KC will both be speaking on panels at the Brown Rudnick European Litigation Funding Conference, taking place on Thursday 9th October at The Langham.

The event welcomes litigation funding market leaders from London, Europe, the Middle East, and the US, to explore the opportunities and outlook for litigation funding in 2025.

Robert Marven KC’s panel will be speaking between 9:45am-10:45am, on the ‘State of the Market and Managing Regulatory Uncertainty’, and Nick Bacon KC’s panel will later discuss ‘Trouble – What Happens when Things Go Wrong & Value Loss Mitigation’, between 5:15pm – 6pm.
