She has represented athletes, sports governing bodies, agents and clubs in high profile disputes before a range of national and international tribunals and courts.
Kendrah was Legal Counsel to the international commission established by the Union Cycliste Internationale to investigate doping and related allegations of corruption and mismanagement in cycling. She was also the lead lawyer on sports integrity and anti-doping for the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games.
As a solicitor Kendrah had Higher Rights of Audience and regularly conducted advocacy on behalf of clients. She also sits as an arbitrator on the Union Cycliste Internationale’s Arbitral Board and on the British Equestrian Federation’s anti-doping panel, and is a CEDR accredited mediator.
Kendrah joins us from Mishcon de Reya, where she was a Legal Director. She was formerly a Partner and Head of Litigation at Onside Law.
The arrival of Kendrah further cements our reputation as one of the leadings sets for sports law, as well as strengthening our commercial litigation team.
