Kendrah Potts prosecutes match-fixing charges against Nicolas Kicker and Federico Coria

Kendrah Potts, instructed by Mishcon de Reya, successfully represented the Governing Bodies of Tennis in prosecuting charges against Nicolas Kicker and Federico Coria. Mr Kicker, who is currently world number 84, was found guilty of match-fixing and failing to cooperate with a Tennis Integrity Unit investigation. He is the highest ranked player to be found guilty of match-fixing and is unable to compete in professional tournaments pending the final determination on sanction. Mr Coria was found guilty of failing to report a corrupt approach and failing to cooperate with an investigation.
