Kendrah Potts and William Harman successfully defend Birmingham City in FFP case

Kendrah Potts and William Harman acted for Birmingham City Football Club in the successful defence of a misconduct charge relating to the Championship financial fair play rules. The case involved the first charge for an alleged breach of a business plan imposed under Regulation 16.20 of the EFL Regulations. Following a hearing in London, the EFL Disciplinary Commission dismissed the charge. Click here to read more.
