4 New Square’s Kendrah Potts acted for World Rugby in the matter of misconduct charges against Rassie Erasmus and related charges against South Africa Rugby Union arising out of the video of Mr Erasmus (which the Independent Committee found to have contained insulting, abusive or offensive comments) that became public during the Lions Tour of South Africa in 2021.
