Judgment was handed down today in Aurium Real Estate London Ultra Prime Limited v Mishcon de Reya LLP [2022] EWHC 1253 (Ch) dismissing a £65 million claim and allowing Mishcon de Reya’s counterclaim. One of the top 20 cases of 2022 as announced by The Lawyer in January of this year, 4 New Square Chambers’ Jamie Smith KC and Michael Bowmer, together with Ian Croxford KC of Wilberforce Chambers, acted for the successful defendant.
