4 New Square Chambers’ Jamie Smith KC and Marie-Claire O’Kane will join the panel at the PNBA Professional Liability Day 2024.
This year’s conference takes place on Saturday 9th March at Grays Inn and will focus on financial professionals. The course will be beneficial to those practising in all areas of professional negligence and is a great opportunity to hear from highly regarded experts and meet other barristers practising in this area.
Jamie will offer an analysis of accountants’ liability for trading losses and Marie-Claire will provide an update on recent professional negligence cases.
