4 New Square Chambers’ Isabel Barter has been invited to join the UK Jurisdiction Taskforce (UKJT) Subcommittee on AI and Civil Liability.
The subcommittee has been convened to examine whether and how English law provides redress for harms caused by AI – a complex and rapidly evolving area of law. Isabel will join the drafting team, which will play a pivotal role in shaping the subcommittee’s work over the next 10 months as it navigates the legal challenges presented by emerging AI technologies.
