4 New Square’s Paul Mitchell KC and Saaman Pourghadiri are giving a talk as part of the LSLA’s ongoing lecture series titled “Insolvency and unwinding fraudulent transactions”.
Paul and Saaman will offer a timely guide to one of the key aspects of insolvency litigation – a practical guide to the unwinding of fraudulent transactions in an insolvency situation.
Paul acts in a wide variety of commercial disputes, both in England and offshore. He has particular experience of freezing injunctions, shareholder disputes, company valuation disputes, professional negligence claims (in particular against lawyers and tax advisers) and fraud (alleged Ponzi schemes, SDLT avoidance schemes, money laundering and sanctions avoidance schemes).
