4 New Square Chambers’ Helen Evans KC will be speaking at the 25th Professional Indemnity Insurance Conference in Cambridge on 5th July.
Helen will be addressing claims against professionals by non-clients, including this year’s two Court of Appeal cases on this issue (Ashraf v Lester Dominic and McClean v Thornhill).
Helen took silk in 2022 and in her last year before doing so, won “Junior of the Year” for professional liability work at the Chambers & Partners Bar Awards. She is also the co-editor of the solicitors and barristers’ negligence chapters in Jackson & Powell.
