Helen Evans KC will be speaking at the upcoming PNLA Conference, held in collaboration with the Bristol Law Society, on 6 March 2025.
This year’s conference will focus on professional negligence and liability claims, covering key issues affecting accountants, insolvency practitioners, financial services professionals, property developers, and insurance brokers. Helen will be talking about auditors, and why they are sometimes treated differently from other professionals.
Recognised as a leading Silk in professional liability, Helen is described in the legal directories as “one of the most highly regarded barristers in this field.” She has extensive experience handling claims against a wide range of professionals, with particular expertise in claims against financial professionals. Helen is also the co-editor of the solicitors’ and barristers’ chapters in Jackson & Powell on Professional Liability.
