Helen Evans KC will join the panel at the annual Bond Solon Expert Witness Conference taking place on Friday 4th November 2022 at the Church House Conference Centre, Westminster.
The conference will be a hybrid event with the option either to attend in-person or to access remotely and represents the largest annual gathering of expert witnesses in the UK. Opening the conference, there will be an exclusive pre-recorded address from the Lord Chief Justice, Head of the Judiciary of England and Wales, followed by an in-person talk from Lady Justice Carr, judge of the Court of Appeal.
Helen will join the panel to discuss how experts can protect themselves from litigation, where the boundaries lie in claims against experts and offer some insights on how to effectively conduct your expert witness work by thinking evidentially.
