We are pleased to announce that Graeme McPherson KC has been appointed to the Cricket Discipline Panel (CDP), effective from 1 April 2025.
Graeme is one of 14 new members appointed by Chair Richard Whittam KC to the CDP, which will act as the independent tribunal responsible for hearing cases of alleged regulatory breaches in professional cricket. The Panel will consider matters brought by the Cricket Regulator, including those relating to misconduct, anti-corruption, and playing regulations.
Graeme is considered one of the top silks practising in sports law. He has considerable experience acting as an arbitrator in sporting disputes and has served for many years on both the FA’s Judicial and Appeal Panels and the Premier League’s Judicial Panel.
