George Spalton KC, acting for Nissan and its Middle East subsidiary NME in high value and high profile civil fraud claims against Mr Carlos Ghosn in the BVI, has successfully resisted an application by Mr Ghosn to strike out the claims. Wallbank J has ordered that the claims should now proceed in full to trial. George led Joshua Folkard – Twenty Essex, instructed by Martin Kenney & Co.
