George Spalton has been appointed to the Norton Rose Fulbright (“NRF”) Covid Resolve Arbitration Panel as an arbitrator. The NRF scheme has been set up to provide fast track dispute resolution for commercial disputes (and particularly those arising out of the pandemic).
